Blueprint Service Terms

1. Our agreement and your purchase

Coherence Labs LLC operates coherencelabs.net. You must have authority to buy for your business. The Automation Blueprint price is $1,250. These terms govern your Blueprint order and take precedence over the Website Terms of Use for that service. See the Privacy Policy for handling of your information. Custom Software and Fractional CTO engagements require signed proposals; discovery calls carry no obligation.

Checkout presents an unchecked required box with this label:

I agree to the Blueprint Service Terms and Privacy Policy, including that my process review is recorded and transcribed to write my plan.

Payment makes your assent binding for the order. You can retain these terms and your confirmation for your records.

2. What you receive and when

Your purchase includes a 60-minute process review, a written Blueprint delivered as a PDF attachment from Sam's own email within 2 business days of the process review, and a 30-minute walkthrough booked within 90 days of delivery. Business days are Monday–Friday in America/Chicago. A Saturday process review is due Tuesday. The Blueprint is a four-day implementation plan, about 20 minutes a day; that plan length is separate from our delivery deadline. You are responsible for putting the plan in place.

You provide accurate business and booking details, attend appointments, supply necessary access or context with permission, and assess recommendations before acting. Optional intake helps us prepare; do not send credentials or information you are not authorized to share. Third-party tools may have separate costs and contracts. We disclose any referral fee in the report, in a line at its start and beside each referral link.

3. Process-review changes and cancellation

The following rules apply in order; the first matching row controls. A Late Review Reschedule means the one ordinary reschedule allowed inside 24 hours; a final reschedule is the additional last reschedule described below. Use the Booking Manage Link in your confirmation unless a row says to reply to the confirmation email.

At least 24 hours before startUnlimited, freePromised refund
Inside 24 hoursOne Late Review Reschedule, then one final rescheduleRefund not promised

The refund promise for a cancellation at least 24 hours before the process review is:

Refund of the amount paid, less any earlier refund, issued within 2 business days

Inside 24 hours the cancellation message is:

Inside 24 hours a refund isn't guaranteed. Sam will be in touch.

A late cancellation carries no contractual refund promise. The earlier rows still control no-shows, started reviews, and orders already in refund handling.

If we cancel or a late payment leaves a choice pending, you can select an open time or a full refund of the unrefunded amount paid. After any credit use, that choice is a new time only. This does not consume a Late Review Reschedule. A recorded no-show controls before ordinary timing rules even when the new appointment would be more than 24 hours away. A final reschedule that has already been used prevents another reschedule, but cancellation still follows the timing rules unless an earlier row controls.

4. No-shows and the walkthrough

A no-show means not joining within 10 minutes of the appointment start. After a process-review no-show, no refund is due and one final reschedule is available if unused; we may nevertheless offer a discretionary refund.

The walkthrough must be booked within 90 days of Blueprint delivery. Walkthrough self-service moves and cancellations close inside 24 hours. After a walkthrough no-show, reply to your confirmation email. Rebooking a missed walkthrough is at our discretion; Sam may rebook until the guarantee claim deadline. A missed walkthrough does not extend the delivery-based guarantee deadline or create a new refund right.

5. Refund handling

We issue refunds within 2 business days after a refund becomes due. If an open payment dispute determines the outcome, resolution follows that dispute; the status is “resolving through your bank.” If the card cannot accept the refund, we pay another way. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to show an issued refund. Refunds never exceed the amount paid less earlier refunds. The Booking Manage Link lets you request a refund or make a claim; we issue the refund.

6. Five-hour guarantee: eligibility, deadline, and credit cutoff

If you work 50 or more hours per week OR have at least one full-time employee, your Blueprint is covered by our guarantee to save you or your team 5 hours a week once the plan is in place. The remedy is a refund, not a promise of free additional work. A claim must be made within 90 days from Blueprint delivery, before the deadline, and before any credit use. Any credit use ends the guarantee. A partial refund by itself does not end an otherwise open guarantee.

Your claim is available when the order is covered and paid, the Blueprint has been delivered, no refund is due, the delivery-based 90-day deadline has not passed, no credit has been used, and no guarantee claim has already been made. The Booking Manage Link offers:

Claim your guarantee: tell us which tasks didn't get faster

Any answer counts; you do not have to prove a particular explanation. You may also email us under the same eligibility and deadline rules. A claim refunds only the unrefunded remainder and ends your credit. Its acknowledgment is:

Your refund of <Remainder> will be issued within 2 business days; your credit ends.

<Remainder> is the amount still refundable on your order. Earlier refunds are not paid again.

7. Credit toward future work

Your credit starts at the amount actually paid, is valid for 1 year from purchase, and can be used in parts toward the regular price of recurring month-to-month work or projects with us. The unused balance carries over within that year. It has no cash value and is non-transferable. Future work requires a separate agreement; credit does not commit you to buy it.

Credit becomes usable only after a completed process review or a recorded no-show. A partial refund reduces credit by the refunded amount; a full refund ends it. Available credit is the amount paid minus credit uses and pending or succeeded refunds, never below zero. It is zero while the order is closed, refund due, formally disputed, guarantee-claimed, or expired. Any credit use ends guarantee eligibility, even if some credit remains. A guarantee claim ends credit.

8. Recording, AI processing, and confidentiality

The process review is recorded and transcribed to write your plan. Every attendee must consent; the buyer's checkbox does not substitute for another attendee's consent. Tell attendees before the meeting and ensure they can decide before recording. We request each attendee's spoken consent at call start before recording begins. If anyone declines, tell us before proceeding so we can discuss an alternative. We use AI service providers to transcribe, summarize, and help draft the Blueprint, and review the output.

We use confidential business information only to deliver and administer the service or as law requires. We limit access to authorized personnel and providers who need it for those purposes. Publicly available information, information independently developed, and information lawfully received without a confidentiality duty are excluded. You keep rights to your supplied material and authorize its use for delivery. Intake answers, recordings, transcripts, and related call notes are retained for 24 months after the last service, subject to the Privacy Policy's rights and required-record exceptions.

9. Blueprint rights and limits

Coherence Labs owns its original Blueprint materials and reusable methods. Once paid, you receive a perpetual, nonexclusive license to use and adapt your Blueprint internally for your business and share it with people helping you implement it under appropriate confidentiality. You retain ownership of your supplied material. Third-party materials retain their own licenses. A separate implementation project needs a signed proposal.

Except for the explicit promises and refund guarantee above, the Blueprint is provided without warranties to the extent law permits. It is not legal, tax, medical, or financial advice. We cannot promise revenue, a particular implementation result, uninterrupted third-party tools, or savings before the plan is in place. These limits do not reduce the express refund guarantee.

To the extent law permits, we exclude indirect, consequential, special, incidental, and punitive damages, including lost profits or data. Our total liability arising from your Blueprint order is capped at fees paid for that order. Mandatory legal rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain.

10. Disputes, changes, and contact

Tennessee law and courts serving Madison County, Tennessee apply, subject to mandatory legal rights and eligible small-claims proceedings.

Changes apply prospectively. Your paid order keeps the agreed version unless you agree to a change. We give affected existing customers at least 14 days' notice of material changes affecting future services.
