Privacy Policy
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Coherence Labs LLC operates coherencelabs.net. This policy covers that site, including inquiries and services booked through it. AxiomReason and Rotate Shape have their own notices at AxiomReason Privacy and Rotate Shape Privacy.
The Website Terms of Use govern site use; the Blueprint Service Terms govern Automation Blueprint purchases.
2. Information you provide and why
Contact inquiries. For contact inquiries, we collect contact details, business information, your message and reply preferences, and information about how you contacted us. We use this information to respond.
Service inquiries. We collect contact and business details, project needs, and optional discovery-booking details to discuss a possible engagement.
Blueprint booking and checkout. We collect contact and business details, industry, working hours, employee count, and time zone to arrange appointments, determine guarantee coverage, and process orders. We may retain incomplete checkout details and follow up about an unfinished booking. We retain appointment, order, payment-status, refund, credit, and terms-assent records to administer the service and keep business records.
Payment. A payment processing provider hosts card entry and processes card payments and refunds. We never see your card numbers. We receive payment confirmations, transaction identifiers, amounts, and payment status to reconcile orders and refunds.
Service delivery. We use calendar invitations and video calls to hold appointments. Optional intake answers describe your business and processes. With every attendee's consent, we record and transcribe the process review and make call notes to understand your processes and draft your Blueprint. Authorized personnel and service providers who need the material for those purposes can access it. AI service providers process relevant intake answers, recordings, transcripts, and notes to help transcribe, summarize, and draft the Blueprint. We review the resulting work.
3. Hosting, security, and page views
Hosting request logs. We process request details, IP addresses, approximate location, browser information, and headers including any cookies, to operate the site and diagnose failures. Logs exclude typed contact-form contents and are automatically deleted within 7 days.
Bot protection. We process IP addresses and browser security information to prevent abuse and improve bot detection. This protection does not track or profile visitors or process contact-form contents.
Page-view analytics. We count page views without analytics cookies or browser storage. Your browser may remember site preferences such as your theme.
4. Service providers and disclosures
We disclose relevant information to hosting, storage, security, and email providers; payment processors; calendar and video-call providers; and AI service providers to perform the activities above.
For linked-out event registration, the provider collects information under its own notice. We may receive registration details needed to organize the event.
We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable protections. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not conduct cross-site tracking.

Inquiry records are deleted within one month after their retention period. Deleted inquiry information may remain recoverable for up to 30 days. The table's periods do not apply to correspondence; deletion requests include related correspondence. We retain legally required records and explain applicable limits when responding.
6. Your choices and requests
You can choose not to submit a form, leave optional fields blank, or decline optional intake or discovery booking. Required booking and payment details are needed to provide the paid service. Tell us if any attendee does not consent to recording so we can discuss how to proceed before recording starts. For service follow-ups, reply 'stop' and we'll stop those follow-ups; necessary order and appointment messages may still be sent.
Email contact@coherencelabs.net to request access, correction, or deletion. We may verify your identity using information appropriate to your request. An inquiry deletion request includes related correspondence; deleted inquiry information may remain recoverable for up to 30 days. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, obtain a copy, appeal a response, or complain to a privacy authority. Contact us to exercise those rights or ask about a response.
We recognize Global Privacy Control (GPC) as an opt-out signal for sale or sharing where applicable; we do neither as described above. There is no uniform Do Not Track (DNT) standard, and we do not change site behavior in response to DNT. Our no-cross-site-tracking practice applies regardless of either signal.
The site and paid services are intended for adults acting for businesses. We do not knowingly collect children's information. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied information.
7. Changes and contact
We identify changes with the effective and last-updated dates on this page. We will prominently announce material privacy changes on the site and directly notify affected existing customers at least 14 days before material changes affecting their future services take effect. Changes do not retroactively expand permission to use previously collected information where additional consent is required.
