Website Terms of Use
1. Site use and separate services
Coherence Labs LLC operates coherencelabs.net. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it.
These terms cover this site alone. See the Privacy Policy for data handling. Automation Blueprint purchases use the Blueprint Service Terms, which control over these terms for that service. Custom Software and Fractional CTO engagements use signed proposals. Discovery calls carry no obligation. AxiomReason and Rotate Shape have their own terms at AxiomReason Terms and Rotate Shape Terms.
2. Intellectual property and prohibited use
We or our licensors own the site's text, designs, images, and code. You may browse the site and share links. Other copying or distribution requires permission unless law or an applicable license permits it. Do not violate others' rights, submit unlawful or deceptive material, interfere with site security or availability, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict access for misuse.
3. Links and disclaimers
Linked sites and event registration have their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control them or warrant their content. The site provides general information, not legal, tax, medical, or other professional advice. To the extent law permits, it is provided as is and as available, without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. Paid-service promises remain governed by their contracts.
4. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from site use. Our total liability for site-use claims is limited to fees you paid us for that site use. This free site charges no site-use fee. Paid-service liability limits come from the applicable service agreement. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
5. Law and disputes
Tennessee law applies, without its conflict-of-law rules, and courts serving Madison County, Tennessee hear disputes, subject to mandatory rights that apply where you live. Either party may bring an eligible claim in a small-claims court with jurisdiction.
6. Changes and contact
Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date. We will post revised terms and announce material changes; affected existing customers will receive at least 14 days' notice before material changes affecting future services take effect. A paid order keeps its agreed service terms unless the customer agrees otherwise. Contact contact@coherencelabs.net, or Coherence Labs LLC, 118 N Liberty St, First Floor, Jackson, TN, United States.
